Where are the bags made?

Out bags are made between Northern Italy and Morocco depending on the style! You will see the location of where the bag is made listed in each item description .

What are they made out of?

All of our bags feature genuine leather and a mix of straw, raffia, jute and cane. There is no plastic or chemicals used in the production of our bags.

Do you wholesale?

We offer wholesale to limited stores across the US based on store location and store type. Please email us to see if we would be a good fit for your store!

SHIPPING

How long does it take to ship?

Our embroidered bags are made by hand in Morocco so it takes 3-4 weeks for them to arrive to our Houston store once they are made and ship.

All other bags like our bucket bags and leather totes, etc will ship same or next day unless otherwise noted as a Pre-Order.

What shipping carrier do you use?

We ship with UPS so if you are located in Texas or Western Louisiana, your order will arrive next day. Most of the south will arrive in 2-3 days and California, New York, etc will arrive within 3-4 days.

Can I rush my order?

Yes! We can rush your order or overnight it if needed.

Custom orders can be rushed depending on the timeline.

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for store credit that never expires.

Please email us within 7 days of receiving your purchase to let us know that you would like a refund. After 7 days we are unable to offer a return. {This is due to the nature of out limited inventory. Many styles of bags we only have a small number available and often have wait lists or once they sell out we remove them from the site. If you no longer wish to keep the bag, we need to know ASAP so we can adjust our inventory accordingly.}

We will email you a return label to send back your back and once we receive it, we will issue you a store credit that never expires.

Can I exchange my purchase for something else?

Absolutely! We are happy to offer exchanges for any unworn/ unused items. Just email us and we will send you a return label or if you are based in Houston, you are welcome to come by the store.
