SHIPPING + RETURNS

Shipping

Currently all items are shipped via UPS. We absorb a majority of the shipping charge and only charge customers a potion of the rate that you see below so that we can keep shipping cost for our customers low.

Rush shipping can be arranged, but please contact kathryn@colorescollective.com to request.

UPS Ground Flat Rate $7
Rush charge + Regular Shipping $25
Overnight: Please contact for price estimate

Returns + Exchanges

Bags: All bags are eligible for returns within 7 days of delivery for store credit. Credit will never expire.

Caftans & Jewlery: Exchange or full refund are offered for 7 days after delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. 

All shipments are made with no signature required. If you would like for signature to be required, please ask and we would be happy to do so. We are NOT responsible for any theft or damage during shipping but we will assist with resolving any issues with FedEx.
